Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at doodad! We take great pride in providing you with high-quality products. However, if you receive a damaged or mismatched product, we are here to assist you with our return and replacement process.

Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The product you received is damaged during shipping.
  • The product received is different from the design or specifications you ordered (mismatched).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs and product package opening video footage of the damaged or mismatched product.

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • The return must be requested within the specified time frame.
  • We reserve the right to assess the damage or mismatch and verify the eligibility for a return.

Replacements

Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the product. The replacement will be processed for the same item (design, size, and specifications) as originally ordered.

Please allow 4–5 business days for the replacement request to be processed. The dispatch and delivery timeline may vary depending on product availability and your location.

Note: We do not offer refunds. Only product replacements are available under our return policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged items or mismatches in the delivered product.
  • All other products are non-returnable.
